At Strategic AI Services (SAS), we harness Chris Hill's 30 years of leadership experience as our Managing Partner. Chris has led successful teams in combat, as a Reconnaissance Troop Commander in Operation Iraqi Freedom 06-08, at the Pentagon, for the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics and Technology), and in PEO Missiles and Space, as a Joint Interest ACAT 1C Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP) Manager. Chris is DAWIA certified Level III Program Management and Level II Information Technology. As a part of industry, Chris has supported the University of Alabama Birmingham’s basic and applied research on Autonomous Ground Systems Mobility and served as a Technical Team Member for NATO STO’s evaluation of assessment frameworks for Autonomous Military Ground Systems. Chris excels in helping cross-functional teams deliver AI solutions that are agile, cost-effective, and readily deployable.

SAS, we leverage William Monroe's extensive expertise as our Chief Data Scientist. A motivated engineer proficient in machine learning and AI, imaging systems, systems design, project management, and technical customer service. He excels at integrating computer algorithms with a user-centric focus, holding a PhD in the Explainability of Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence. William's work in developing and managing AI and ML solutions ensures SaS's growth and technological excellence in the industry.

Lloyd Sanders, Chief Technology Officer at SAS, is a former US Army Infantry and Acquisition officer with extensive experience in integrating advanced technologies for military applications. As CTO, Lloyd drives innovation and adoption of high-trust capabilities. He collaborates closely with staff and capability managers to ensure seamless integration, and technological advancement.

Slade White brings over 30 years of engineering experience in the DoD and Aerospace communities. He has extensive software and hardware design experience, having supported NASA and DoD since 2000. As the company's Senior System Engineer, Slade leads our efforts integrating AI into platforms and systems of systems. His contributions include identifying and capitalizing on AI-based business opportunities, significantly contributing to the continued success and growth of SAS.

Mark Froehlich brings a wealth of experience as a key partner at SAS. His expertise in risk management is invaluable to our organization. As the founder and former Principal and Managing Director of Impact Partners, a turnaround and advisory firm that also managed a mezzanine fund. Mark serves as an operating partner of Star Mountain Capital, a top-performing private credit and equity firm. Mark’s strategic insights drive our financial and operational success. Working closely with Chris and the team, Mark ensures SAS's continued growth and excellence in the industry. As a co-founder of Analytical AI, Mark is passionate about deploying artificial intelligence to make the world safer and people’s lives better.

TJ Wright brings a unique blend of operational and technological expertise to our leadership team. As a former Intelligence Officer, Green Beret, and Senior Acquisition Officer for our Nation's most classified Special Operations Units, TJ has a proven track record of delivering offset advantages to critical missions. He also served as the Program Manager for the Precision Strike Missile, the Chief of Staff of the Army's #1 Priority Program. TJ has consistently demonstrated his ability to collaborate and innovate with the most cutting-edge technologies and teammates in high-stakes environments for the Department of Defense. His vision for SAS, rooted in extensive experience, is to provide Offset Advantages using Artificial Intelligence from Concept to Deployment.

Thomas Anthony is dedicated to building advanced AI algorithms. With extensive experience working with federal organizations, including the TSA, Thomas develops and deploys cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance airport security. He has over 50 scientific publications and collaborations with multiple universities. His monumental contributions with UAB IT Research Computing, particularly in the development and expansion of the largest Supercomputer in Alabama, drive innovation and excellence in AI at SAS. Thomas's expertise ensures we deliver impactful and deployable solutions for our clients.
